Returns + Exchanges

You can return any eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund or store credit (minus applicable original order shipping fees, if any). Excessively used products are not eligible for return.

Items eligible for return with us must have been purchased directly on nu-standard.com. We are unable to receive returns or process exchanges on Nu Standard products purchased from other retail partners. Please contact the respective retailer’s customer service team directly for information on their return policy.

Refunds and store credits must be requested within 30 days of the original ship date. Any returns made after 30 days after the original ship date are eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.

Important for shipped orders:
Can't find your package?  Carriers occasionally mark packages as "Delivered" before they drop them off. Please contact your carrier if more than 48 hours have passed since you received a delivery notification.  We also recommend checking any covered areas, porches, or with neighbors before contacting the carrier about a missing package.  If the issue has not been resolved by the carrier,  please contact us at 1-800-700-5571 or team@nu-standard.com.

 
To complete a return:
To initiate the return process, please click here and provide your order information to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If your return/refund is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
 
Shipping & Handling:
After receiving a RMA number and shipping label, place the item securely in its original packaging.  Make sure your shipping label reads as followed:

Your return will be processed upon arrival at our returns center (about 7-10 business days). We will send you a confirmation email once the return process is complete. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and posted to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Your return must be post-marked within 3 business days of receiving your RMA and return shipping label. Returned items will be subject to a $6.95 shipping/restocking fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or given as store credit.

NU Standard® Club [Subscribe & Save] Product Returns:
For NU Standard® Club [Subscribe & Save] product returns, please note that we do not accept returns of NU Standard® Club [Subscribe & Save] products after the 1st product order.  Only the 1st product order is eligible for return. The 1st order must be returned no more than 30 days after the original ship date.  Please click here to start the return process.
 
Cancel NU Standard® Club [Subscribe & Save] Products Automatic Shipments:
If you purchased a NU Standard® Club [Subscribe & Save] Product and no longer want automatic shipments, you will need to log in to your account (or register ) and cancel, OR email us at team@nu-standard.com , or call us at 1-800-700-5571 to submit a cancel request.  Please allow up to 5 business days to process cancellations by request. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8am CST to 8pm CST.   
 
Returns for purchases from retail partners:
If you have purchased a Nu Standard™ product directly from another retail partner or online store, please contact that retailer directly. Returns and exchanges are subject to that respective retailer’s policy.
